If you'd like Rabta to delete data associated with your workspace - including any contact records, conversation history, and stored access tokens originating from a connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number - follow either of these:
A workspace admin can disconnect a channel at any time from Settings → Inboxes, which immediately removes that channel's stored access token. To remove all workspace data (contacts, conversations, messages), contact us using the email tied to your signup so we can verify ownership before deleting.
If a business using Rabta has your phone number, Facebook, or Instagram identifier stored because you messaged them, contact that business directly and ask them to delete your contact record from their workspace's Contacts page - they can remove it immediately, which deletes your linked conversation history from our systems.
A deletion request removes the contact's profile information, associated conversations and messages, and any custom attribute values tied to that contact. It does not affect messages already delivered to the customer's own device via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram.
