By creating a Rabta workspace, you agree to use the platform to communicate with your own customers through channels you are authorized to connect (your own WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account). You are responsible for the content of messages your team and any automation/AI bot you enable send through those channels.
You may not use Rabta to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, or applicable law.
Workspaces are billed on a recurring cycle per the plan selected on the Billing page. Access pauses if a plan's billing period lapses without renewal, and resumes once renewed.
Channel connections (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram) depend on Meta's own platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on Meta's side that affect message delivery.
You may stop using Rabta at any time. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms or the acceptable-use policy above.
