Rabta ("we", "us") provides a customer-messaging platform that lets a business ("you", "the workspace") connect channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram to a shared team inbox. This page explains what data we process and why.
Data is used solely to operate the inbox: routing messages to your team, generating AI-assisted reply suggestions when you enable that feature, and showing you reports about your own conversations. We do not sell customer data, and one workspace's data is never visible to another (each business's data is isolated).
When you connect a Facebook Page, its linked Instagram account, or a WhatsApp Business number, we receive messages sent to that Page/account/number via Meta's webhooks, and we send replies via Meta's APIs using the access token you granted through Facebook Login. We only request the permissions needed to send and receive those messages, and only act on conversations for the Pages/numbers you explicitly connect.
Conversation and contact data is kept for as long as your workspace is active. See our data deletion instructions for how to request removal of your data, including data originating from Facebook or Instagram.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the workspace owner via the account they used to sign up.
